FOUNDATIONS OF SSE
Introduction to foundation tools and exercises of Somatic Sex Education.
Focus is on developing awareness of sensation, gesture and movement. We use this felt sense as a base to practice embodied consent, follow the inherent wisdom in your body and to strengthen communication of desire, boundaries and preference.
Sessions in this series may or may not include practitioner touch depending on what is feeling right for each client. Both the client and practitioner remain clothed for this series.
PLEASURE MAPPING
Building on the Foundations of SSE we now use the possibility of client guided practitioner touch to continue to focus on embodied consent, strengthening awareness of sensation, movement, communication and boundaries.
Strong agreements and container building allow the wisdom of your desire to unfold as we get curious about expanding pleasure in the body and deepening your experience of asking for and receiving touch.
The practitioner remains clothed for these sessions.
SCAR WORK -
The body creates brilliant ways to heal and protect itself. Working with scars starts with honouring the job that scars do: they hold us together and create a protective boundary and closure between in/out. By meeting this boundary with presence and touch the body can begin to soften and the possibility for sensation and new shapes emerge.
Scar work can play a particularly supportive role in gender confirming surgeries.
RATES
Somatic Sex Education sessions are 90 minutes
I work with a sliding scale $80-200
Scar remediation work is currently offered to queer/trans community By Donation.
